I believe it also gets RPM information via your cigarette lighter (possibly
via alternator interference, or ignition interference?

Thanks. Gives me a little more confidence that the gadget might work.

I know I can locate the gear and differential ratios. The weight is another 
matter as I have an M119 engine in my SEC.
