Rob,

With your setup your wheels are ~69 cm tall versus stock of 65 cm. That is 
more than a 6% difference and would represent a problem.

Your speedometer is also off, showing lower than actual speed. Could be a 
problem if you run close to the limit of a police officer's tolerance level.
