1)   North Fulton County (Atlanta, Georgia area)
 
2)   About 115 mph (also very briefly) on GA 400. Not recommended around here as most main roads are choked with traffic and very stupid drivers.

I have done 110 (VERY briefly) on Hwy 280 in Silicon Valley, CA when drivers have refused to go over 60 and I wanted to pass them..amazing how quickly one can get to that speed.
