[W126 Coupe] stock 560SEC picture

Axel,
My understanding is that if the accumulators go bad, then they leak oil and
the suspension rides high, not low.  So why do you suggest they might need
to be replaced?

Tom,

Your car probably needs new accumulators. They are about $100/each and you
need two. You should also consider changing out the oil in the hydraulic
system as this is a maintenance item that is frequently overlooked/ignored.
