If your car has over 100K on it you may notice the rear sag a bit.  This is 
cause by the springs being worn and the rubber spacers.  Also, a bad 
differential mount will give this affect the left lean or right lean.  But 
you may after you drive the car the hydro sys will compensate and look 
level.
I replaced all the springs and pads all around and the diff. mount and the 
car is 100% balanced or evenly level. This has been my experience
