If it is low pressure, is it adjustable (if so how) or does it mean the
boosters need to be replaced?
If the rear control arm is out of adjustment, what is the procedure for
adjusting it?

You will get many expert answers to this -- my first two thoughts are:
1) Low pressure in the hydraulic boosters at the rear, and
2) Control arm at the rear that sets the ride height may have been
knocked out of adjustment.
