[W126 Coupe] SEC Starting Failure After a Massive Downpour

Alexhead,

Regarding the fuel pressure problem: There is a check
valve on the output of each fuel pump that could have
some debris stuck in one or both of them. Rusty sells
them.

There is also the fuel accumulator that could be
leaking. To check it, clamp off the rubber hose from
the accumulator to the fuel tank, then disconnect it
from the accumulator. Once it's off, turn the key on a
few times to get the fuel pressure up. If you get any
fuel out of the open side of the accumulater then it
must be replaced.

If the above items are ok, then you may have a problem
with the fuel distributer, of the fuel injectors.
