Exactly, drilled rotors on my Honda, with Green stuff pads, 1 year and rotors shot. Now use aftermarket rotors for $16 each Can and carbon metallic pads, $35, NO problem, and if there is I'll just replace.

An SLK owner that frequents my mechanic's shop put the EBC Greens on his MB. The good news: little dust. The bad news: one set of pads eats the rotors. So change the pads, change the rotors, each time. Anyone else, with info on the wear factors associated with these pads?

I recently fitted EBC 'Greenstuff' pads (a UK company) all round and this has made a huge improvement over stock for little outlay.
