Drilled rotors show increased braking ability in the
rain but are not very practical for street driven
cars.  By drilling the rotors, you are introducing
stress risers in the rotors that cause cracks.  You
are also decreasing the mass and surface area of the
rotor and therefore decreasing the area to dissipate
the heat caused by braking forces.  Go with slotted.
