[W126 Coupe] Jackass who hit me last year

Just thought I would give an update to the list.  Last
year while coming home from Vail, we were rear ended
by a drunk driver who was doing about 70mph and never
hit the brakes.  We were the stopped at a light with a
car behind us.  The girl in the car behind us Sonja
DeVries was killed.  She was 19.  This guy is 55 and
this was his 8th DUI!  He also had many drug charges. 

Well, my car was finally totalled last December and I
finally got that settled.  This past week was Ramon
Romero's trial.  The DA had offered him a plea of
about 10-15 years, but he declined.  So it went to
trial.  I was asked to testify on Thursday.  That
afternoon he was found guilty on all 4 counts of the
indictment.  Sentencing is on June 7th.  I think the
DA is going for a maximum of 42 years!  I hope they
get it too.
