Bellamy,
I believe it is 6,2% on non North American manufactured parts. No import duty on North American manufactured parts, just GST and PST.

Use airmail to avoid the brokerage fees on top of everything else, that gets charged at border crossings!

  Does anyone know what Canadian Import Duty (typical rate) is charged on new parts sent from US to Canada?  

  Of particular interest are electronics such as re-manufactured ignition modules, climate control, etc as supplied by Programma.  Has anyone had any experience?
