[W126 Coupe] Benz meet - final details (April 15-17th)

Question:  9:00 AM may be a problem hosting morning info sessions as out of
state members may not arrive untill around the lunch hour, as for me coming
from Canada I'm expecting at least a 3 1/2 hour drive. Could you not
reschedule the sessions  for the afternoon? The weather appears to be
perfect around the 70 degree mark and sunny. I have a friend coming with me,
his son owns a company in Japan that imports MBs and parts from Japan.
