 Matt, Sorry to hear about your mishap.  Hope it comes back together okay. You can also try Autosports Unlimited, they have a hood for $1000, not sure of the condition.  You can search their website at: http://www.autosportsunlimited.com/parts.html A few other salvage places I dug up from recent searches for things you can try: http://www.eurasianforeign.com/http://www.auroraaw.com/http://www.junkyarddog.com/http://www.silverstarrecycling.com/ Plus, I thought there were a few on the list that had recently wrecked their cars and bought them back, David Fatovic is one that comes to mind.  Of course, if their wrecks included the hood then you are out of luck. Try Adsit. New hood is around $2200 and a used one around $1500. Also try Potomac Auto for good used Benz parts. They have most anything and probably cheaper than Adsit's used parts.J.Chip

I know, I killed him last night.  I got the SEC out of storage Sunday. Last night washed it, started over to my buddies and about year old buck jumped right in front of me.  Smashed the headlight(euro) driver side fender took a little damage, hood took most of it, radiator crushed, and thats all I could tell till I get the hood open.  On the lesser note I am OK...   But my poor baby (sigh) and the poor dear.  Hood is around $3k(list) thats what my parts dept. said.  So now I have to decide between two auto body places.  Going to call them and try to express my passion for this car and see if I like what I hear.
