When I started Brooks Institute of Photography, in 1959, you had to
have a 4x5 view camera, six holders, and an incident meter
(Norwood/Sekonic/even Weston). My camera was a Graphic View II, a
Norwood (not the Director), and I believe Riteway holders. I used the
View II for many many years, in my business, before switching to a
Sinar 4x5 and Deardorf 8x10. A number of years ago I sold both for a
Linhof Technikardan as I wanted a field camera that was good in the
studio and vice versa.
