[LargeFormat] Graphic Riteway film holders

I've got an internal memo from Graflex that says batch number 10 was 
made in Sept of 1956,   #11 was Mar of '57. It only goes up to December 
of '57 and batch #12.  The first batch was Feb of '52 and had no 
number. Some years had three batches, some had one.  Most had two. If I 
average them out to two a year then number 44 would have been the 
second batch of '73, and I doubt they made a second batch since they 
closed that summer.  I have a 42 and there a box of 43s on ebay now.
