This message never made it, so I'll try again.

My roller processor (Durst Printo) only goes up to 12" wide by any
length, which covers about 99% of all my color printing.

I process the occasional larger size color prints (up to 24 x 30) at
room temperature in trays. (Dev, stop, BX)

I must say the tray quality prints are better, more consistent from edge
to edge, than the prints from a 3063(?) 20x24 Jobo tube, but not as good
as from a good roller transport machine.

If you need more details let me know.

Subject: [LargeFormat] Processing large prints

Does anyone have any experience making their own print processing drums
from plastic pipe? I looked at trays but am really not thrilled about
using a a gallon of chemical to process prints that are 16x20 and up.
Jobo's drums are just too expensive for my tastes as well.

Any help or other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kent
