You only need the EMail address to which your list mail is sent. Visit:

http://www.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/largeformat

To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery 
modes, get a reminder of your password), go to the bottom of the 
page, enter your subscription email address and click the "Edit 
Options" button. All should be clear from that point.....

I have posted this to the list as the question does come up from time to time.
