[LargeFormat] why does the list reject email sent from my Mac?

I tried sending a brief sequence of shots about 2mb size file as an
attachment and Outlook Excess decided the attachment was unsafe and deleted
it.  Is there an alternative browser that works with a broadband cable
modem?  Thanks  PL
