[LargeFormat] cost of scanning question

I have an Epson 2450 Photo scanner that does very well scanning 35mm
to 4"x5". It has a cold light in the lid and there are three film
adapters that hold the various films. Scanning at the highest
mechanical resolution for B&W film, I get 96 megabyte files. While
these are not up to drum scanning, they are more than adequate for my
purposes. It is slow but it works. See also a previous post from me
regarding making paper negatives from these scans.
