  This is worth trying but the tape may not stay on.
  The inner layer in most bellows is rubberized cloth with
the uncoated side facing out, that is, facing the inside of
the camera. The outside layer of older bellows is leather,
newer ones of some synthetic. It is possible to use
rubberized cloth for both layers. Traditional stiffeners are
of heavy manilla stock similar to the stuff used for file
folders. Newer bellows may use a plastic material.
  Bellows are not too difficult to make but are time
consuming and tedious. There are instuctions on the web in a
couple of places.
