  I just read your other reply. It has my puzzled. Are you
saying there is only ONE dial on the whole shutter? Describe
it more fully. It may not be a Compound as I thought or it
may have some missing parts. Does it have the cylinder at
the top?
  The lens serial number dates it at about early 1929.
