the latest data I've found is that when mounted on a Speed Graphic,  
and hand held, the user suffers from severe wrist strain after 3 
minutes,  32.5 % suffer from a mild sprain after continued use after 
one week.  Only 32% of the testants continued use of the lens after two 
months, and of those 42.8% suffered from carpal tunnel syndrome after 6 
months and had to quit photography.
