[LargeFormat] lens list with values

With much photo equipment at the moment (don't know whether it's the economy
or the change to digital or both) it seems that the result is what the buyer
wants to pay. The other result - NO SALE - seems rare (despite Ebay's
reserve etc) and there seems little bottom to the market.
