[LargeFormat] BW 4x5 processing

I want to setup a very small darkroom for 4x5 BW film developing (no
prints). The available space will accommodate a work surface about 2x3 =
feet
with room for shelves above and below. Running water and a drain are =
readily
available nearby. I expect to have from 2 to perhaps 20 sheets of film =
to
process in an evening.=20

What do others use? Is a Jobo or similar unit worth the money? What =
about
washing? What about drying? Are there any designs for home construction =
(I
have access to a well equipped woodworking shop and like to build
things...)?
