[LargeFormat] Linhof Color-cable release

This is what I had in mind. I haven't seen one, (it came up in another
message which I can't now find) but it seems to fit the bill. B&H will
certainly ship internationally but as it's made by GEPE, you can probably
get it in London, if you can still find a camera store that isn't Jessops :)
