The whole thing is wrong; as with Stan's recollection, the version I know
is:

The whole thing reminds me of the section in Montry Python's Life of Brian,
where Brian (?), acting for the Upper Gallilee Liberation Front gets a Latin
lesson from a Centurion (John Cleese) on how to write "Romans Go Home!".
