Hi Steve,

I buy my film from www.freestylephoto.biz,  I use
their Arista brand, it has been evaluated and is
supposed to be the same as Ilford HP4+.

In 35mm, you can get 36 exp rolls for $2.99 each, and
I am sure they would ship to you.
