I have an undated B&L "Anastigmatics"  catalog that  That shows (as you 
said) a No. 19  covering 8x10 as a pair of 23 1/8"  However I also have 
a 1914 B&L Lens catalog shows the same number 19 as being 23 1/4" and 
covers 12 x 16 at smaller stops.  It cost 179.00 in a Compound shutter 
the same year Henry Ford doubled the factory worker's wage to $5.00 a 
day
