I made recessed lensboards for several cameras to relieve compressed
bellows despite having minimal skills as a woodworker. Mr Cad even sells
metal copies of Technika recessed panels. Would it not be possible to have
someone make metal recessed lensboards for an enlarger? No need to allow for
a shutter. It would seem to need a standard lens board with a central circle
cut out, a thick spacer ring mounted behind it and a rear flat layer cut to
take the lens thread.
