Check out the lens specification section of the f32.net web site at 
http://www.f32.net/Services/Equipment/Lenses/lensspecs.html  The 90mm f4.5 
Nikkor will cover 5x7 and allow a small amount of movement.

You may find that these lenses are not that popular as they are probably a 
little too large for field use.
