[LargeFormat] new Fuji films - Velvia and Astia

Fuji apparently will only market Astia and Provia 100F in 4x5 sheets and
smaller.  In larger formats, they only plan to sell Velvia for the near
future... too bad, IMHO, because Provia 100F makes for some really
incredible landscape & architecture shots.
