I didn't know that Uncle Dick had also been chased out of Radium,
British Columbia...
Lovely little town in the Columbia valley at the entrance to Kootenay
National Park (home to the Rockwall Trail)
Named to attract visitors to the Hot Springs before the medical
establishment had cottoned on to the curative powers of radiation
therapy.

Dear Uncle Dick. It is probably safe to go back now; after all the stuff
had
a halflife of only forty years.   It was obviously a misunderstanding.
They just didn't know what you meant by radium -developing a large
