Dear Les,

     I have reached the time of life when I welcome any sort of present.
Socks. Underwear. Bottles of Ukrainian dessert wine. I can be amused for
hours with a box of toffee - getting my jaws apart takes up the bulk of the
time, followed by sticking back the bits of amalgam that have shifted.
