Just about anywhere else in the world apart from the US  :-)

Try Toronto or Montreal - one of Canada's big, cheap holiday destinations -
and great for photography. (When the US finally drops it's embargo, all
those wonderful old Havana looking opportunities will quickly disappear - US
collectors will buy the old cars, Bigmacism will take over downtown Havana
etc etc).

Take the opportunity to go now for a great photography experience.
