They have a very good reputation.

I do custom Cibachrome printing for a very few selected clients (all local 
- so they can see the prints as they come out of the processor) and I am 
NOT cheap. I have heard that the Lightroom does good work at a reasonable 
cost. And much of their business is mail order.
