[LargeFormat] Kodak serial numbers

  I talked with Todd Gustavson, curator at George Eastman House.  He says 
that the 000 and 0000 designation makes it a prototype. Now it may be a 
pre-production prototype or it maybe something much earlier on. Many 
prototypes never bore fruit.
