[LargeFormat] Admin Message: Subjects and Archive Threading

As there seems to be a little confusion about how to make the 
threading of messages to the list work smoothly, here is a quick "How 
To".

1. New Subjects
---------------
Create a new message window in your Email client and make the subject 
of the message meaningful. Do NOT use the reply function in your 
Email client and simply change the subject - this muntifies the 
threading!


2. Replying to a message
------------------------
Do NOT create a new message window - use the appropriate "reply to" 
function in your Email client


3. Replying to a message in a Digest
------------------------------------
Create a new message window in your Email client and make the subject 
of the message exactly the same as that used for the message in the 
digest that you are replying to and make sure it is preceeded by "Re: 
"

Following these simple steps will result in an archive that is easily 
scanned and browseable in the future.
