[LargeFormat] poly clip issues

i have an old polaroid 545 film holder whose small silver clip, opposite the
lever - side, is failing to grasp the slim metal strip on the polaroid
sheets. the polaroid is not being expose and resonant, ineffectual clicks
are emitted as i pull the polaroid. solutions please, thanks

all that happens is that a section the aforementioned slim metal strip
buckles outwards when the clip has slipped. im sure i can reform the
maleable metal and reuse the unexposed sheets but the clip's inaction is the
real problem
