Until receiving a copy of the Grafmatic service manual recently, my 
solution was to buy another one!

The only problem that I have had was with bent septums until 
recently. I think it was Ken who posted some advice on how to 
straighten them. I have my own methods which work well unless the 
metal has been so badly stretched as to make them bow. They are then 
almost impossible to straighten in my experience.

As for light leaks, I have been fairly lucky. I did pick up great 
piece of material a while ago that I have been using for replacement 
"felt" light seals. This a velvet (plush) synthetic material that is 
flat on one side and black on the business side.

When I do pull the two Grafmatics apart that need CLAs then I will 
post any useful experience gained on the list. These have cycling 
problems.
