[LargeFormat] extreme ebay madness

I talked with Andrew Glover aka Dagor77.  He said it was the first printing
of the first edition, and isn't selling first printings any more..

He starts all of his auctions at $0.77 with no reserve so, if the high
bidder bid too much is that really the seller's fault?

I can't confirm what printig Amazon is selling, but I don't see how anybody
got ripped off on this auction. The high bidder might have paid too much but
that's an inalienable right that we all have to live with and be careful of.
