[LargeFormat] Survey of Field Cameras (was Wisner and Ebony Field Cameras)

I have seen a 90mm S Angulon on a deeply recessed mount on a 5x4 Linhof STV
which I guess allowed limited movements. My Linhof Color Monorail in fact
has a 69 focussing back but is otherwise like the 54 model of the same. On
these monorails it is possible to use a 65mm S Angulon on a recessed mount
with no movements or a 75mm with limited rise or a 90mm with plenty. This
monorail needs the front and rear standards mounting together in front of
the 'rail clamp for anything shorter than 120mm (my 120mm Angulon in a
sunken mount does focus infinity with the clamp between the standards).
