Yep, that's the main message, but there were a few alternatives
suggested. Ken probably has the right answer for you in lexsol
(lexol?) - what are the ingredients Ken?
BTW, I have never come across the stuff in the UK.
My personal favourite is Hide Food which contains lanolin. This is a
very "English" product used by the horse riding community for tack.
