The 150mm Apol lanthar supposed to be very sharp but not sure if it =
tolerates much rising front. The 90mm Super Angulon allows plenty of =
movement on 5x4 and should be sharp at f11 or f16. You did not say =
what the 250mm was. If it is a TeleArton it should be good but the =
Telexenars it replaced were less good. I doubt the 135 is reversible, =
more likely convertible to longer focus by removing the front (?) half =
of the lens. No point as you have the 250mm. Old lenses tend to run =
slow on 1 second and the delayed action typically sticks. A service is =
all that is needed, provided the lens hasn't been dropped hard enough to =
bend the rim. Philip

Subject: [LargeFormat] linhof lenses
dear group
i just purchased a master technika with the following lenses: 250mm =
F5.6, 135mm F5.6(reversible it seems) 90 mm super angulon F8(all =
linhof). i have had no time to test them as yet, any opinions as to =
optical quality and mechanism soundness? how do i mount the 135mm =
backwards?
=20
from an old camera i have a linhof 135mm F3.5(!) and a linhof =
apo-lanthar 15cm F4.5 - which of the three standardish length lenses is =
most true?
also i have been, due to the dearth of film availability, been using =
fuji NPS 160 which i find quite neutral. any opinions on this film =
versus other slow clolur neg films?
