Hmm...I had wondered about that.  You can still find some in stock here in
Canada, but I worry a bit about how old they are.  I have one still in the
package, hanging on the pegboard in my shop; I guess it needs to go into
the fridge!

Many thanks -- I did not know about that.  I'm glad I've never done that!
