RLTOJEach month we ask you to pray for us here at the ministry.  Last month
we felt those prayers more than ever as we went through a very tense and
eventful time.  Our main television computer, containing all our editing
programs (with all the graphics, verses and pictures), broke down after
finishing the first program of

with Dr. Darrell Bock.

That computer contained seven hard drives.  We lost six of them.  We had no
way to get our series off of the computer, or to dub our tapes for the
different networks without this machine.  For a time it looked like we might
not be able to send a program to our stations for the next week. 

But God answered prayer in many ways and helped us get everything working in
record time.  While we continue to ask the Lord to provide a new video
editing system, we were able to send out our programs and communicate with
all of you. Thank you for praying.

Palestinians in such nations as Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Pakistan,
Turkey and Saudi Arabia, and how these internal conflicts could soon reach
the boiling point.  

Second, how are these internal struggles drawing people from other nations
into joining these dangerous conflicts? 

 

And third, we will show you how religious beliefs are motivating some
government leaders to armed conflict (even nuclear warfare) against other
nations, which could pull the entire world into war.

My guest this month is news journalist Dr. Jimmy DeYoung, who has lived in
Jerusalem since 1993. He has interviewed every Israeli Prime Minister over
the last 15 years, as well as Jordan's King Abdullah, and the late
Palestinian leader, Yasser Arafat.  He has also interviewed the Jewish,
Islamic, and Christian religious leaders in Jerusalem.

Does the Bible predict there will be a continual struggle between the
Palestinians and Israel? How has the recent formation of a new Palestinian
government destroyed all hopes for peace? 

Why Iran is Israel's main threat.  James Woolsey, former Director of the
CIA, at the Hertzalea Conference in Israel, called for somebody in the world
to go after Iran. He made the statement that Iran is one to one-half years
away from having a nuclear weapon. In light of this, Israel has established
a new Minister of Strategic Affairs, who is to look into the situation with
Iran and see what Israel must do.

We will tell you about Iran's President, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who has
declared, "The main solution is for the elimination of the Zionist regime
Israel," and believes "his role is to usher in the end of the world."  Iran
not only plans to develop nuclear weapons to use against Israel but to also
share those weapons with other allies (Islamic nations).  

Iran supports at least a dozen terror groups in Afghanistan, Iraq, and
around the globe. Mortimer Zuckerman, Editor of U.S. News & World Report,
has stated, "Iran today is the mother of Islamic terrorism."

Then, where are the nations of Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Israel, Saudi
Arabia, Turkey, the Sudan, Libya, Jordan, Russia, and the nations of the
European Union, mentioned in the Bible's account of end time events?  What
does the Bible predict these nations will do?

What does the Bible say about Russia in the last days?  Has Russia now
decided to side with terror?   Over the past year, Russian President
Vladimir Putin has met with Iran's President Ahmadinejad, delivered Russian
missiles to the Iranians, continued building nuclear facilities in Iran, and
strengthened ties with Syria, Hezbolla and Hamas. How do these events tie
into biblical prophecy of the last days?  All four television broadcasts are

New Series on Sexual Purity

Toward the end of June, we are going to air a series you won't want to miss.
Stephen Arterburn, Shannon Ethridge and Fred Stoeker join us to examine the
battle every young unmarried man, every married man, every young unmarried
woman, and every married woman is facing, to remain pure in the real world
of sexual temptation. 

Purity before God involves your mind (thoughts and fantasies), your heart
(emotions), your will, and your body.  Almost every book in the New
Testament talks about purity.

For example, what did Jesus mean when he said, "But I [Jesus] tell you that
anyone who looks at a woman [or man] lustfully has already committed
adultery with her [or his] in his [or her] heart."  (Matthew 5:28)

What does Scripture mean when it says, "You are to abstain from.sexual
immorality"? (Acts 15:29)

"Among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any
kind of impurity."  (Ephesians 5:3-4)

"It is God's will that you should.avoid sexual immorality; that each of you
should learn to control his [or her] own body in a way that is holy and
honorable, not in passionate lust like the heathen, who do not know God.For
God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life."  (1
Thessalonians 4:3-5, 7)
