Dear Friends,

 

     Thank you for letting me interrupt your summer with some exciting and
challenging news.

 

     First, thank you for your support of the ministry.  Because of your
faithful gifts, we are literally a "global ministry" now.  Not only does our
television program go into European, Asian and Middle Eastern countries via
satellite, but these figures on our website are so thrilling that I had to
share them with you.

 

     In the past twelve months 2.9 million visitors have come to our
website.  Last month, just under 400,000 people visited the website either
reading articles or viewing the TV. program and listening to the radio
program.  The top articles being read are Buddhism vs. Christianity,
Shamanism, and Islam vs. Christianity.  And most exciting to John and me is
that in the past few months 7,000 people have read the article on How to
Become a Christian!  

 

     Out of 184 countries visiting the website the top 20 are: U.S., China,
Canada, United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, Sweden, France, Singapore,
Germany, Netherlands, South Africa, India, Philippines, Spain, Norway,
Malaysia, Ukraine, Japan and Korea.

 

     We thank the Lord for all He is allowing us to do with your help.  Now
comes the challenging part.

 

     The summer months are tough financially.  We need your help to make up
a deficit in the budget over the past months.  Our goal is to have $85,000
by August 10.  I really need you to prayerfully consider what you can give,
over and above your monthly gift.  John is just past the six-month mark from
his heart surgery.  He is doing well, but the doctor says stress does not
help him.  Therefore, I am taking on this challenge with you and asking for
your help at this time.

 

     As you may know, Dillon Burroughs has joined our staff as a writer with
John on books and the website.  Their latest book, What

Jesus?, will be released August 1. John says, this is the best book on Jesus
that they have written.
