Christopher, you haven't said if your lambs get 10% Iodine to the umbilicus at birth.  For barn-born lambs in particular, the usual culprit for death of a lamb which was healthy and otherwise normal at birth is E.Coli gaining entry via the umbilicus from faecal contamination of the bedding. Could this explain the twins deaths ?
