[Jacob-list] flooding

Our final count for rainfall was about 7 inches. There was more in the
mountains and we had some flooding in the bottom land. We will lose about 30
acres of corn, but that is certainly not as bad as it could have been. With
the ground saturated, high winds could have blown all the corn down, pulling
it up by the roots as it did when Hugo came through. Let's just hope the
next storm doesn't follow the same course!
