From mbaugher@cisco.com Thu Sep 13 20:27:52 2001 From: mbaugher@cisco.com (Mark Baugher) Date: Thu, 13 Sep 2001 12:27:52 -0700 Subject: [IETF-IDRM] [IDRM] Handle System Overview document Informational RFC Message-ID: <4.3.2.7.2.20010913112306.01edc878@mira-sjc5-6.cisco.com> Hi IDRM is able to submit drafts to be published as Informational RFCs. We have had discussions on this list on the Handle System Overview document. A second draft of the document was submitted, though there has not yet been any discussion on this list. We (Thomas, Sam and I) propose that we submit the Handle System Overview document for Informational RFC following a second discussion that will last 10-14 days or so depending on the comments that it generates. Please take the time to read http://search.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-irtf-idrm-handle-system-02.txt and post any comments that you have to this list. This is just so those who do bother to read some of the spec know that we delta'd the external version just a few days ago, and to show how facile and adept we are, did it again three days later (today). Eric ------- Forwarded Message Subject: 24 September Last Call Draft republished Dear all, we missed to include a change into the 24 September Last Call Working Draft. The Draft was therefor republished on 28 September 2001 with the missing changes included. It contains also some explanatory words in the status-section. The missing change was: The P3P Working Group decided a time ago, that an embedded DATASCHEMA is a child of POLICIES. We had to change the date of the document, in case after 3 days, someone was already relying on it. Nevertheless, the Last Call period and the namespace etc... remain the same. The document can be found as usual under http://www.w3.org/TR/P3P or direct under http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-P3P-20010928/ ------- End of Forwarded Message
