[TCCUG Helpline] Can't open Outlook attachments!!!!

For ten days now I can't open attachments in outlook express. Clip on =
paper clip it opens the two booxes underneath but nada more. I =
uninstalled 'Incredimail e' and also 'Hotbar another newbie..but no =
help.....Cable people say re-install Outlook express. Where? don =
